    Shipping and Return Policy

    UPDATED:04/25/2022. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any other reason than a customer not providing the information required for the state that they wish their order to be shipped to. We charge for the purchase at the time of ordering to insure that your products are reserved for you. We do not charge when the order is shipped out. While it is our goal to ship orders within 3-4 weeks of receipt of the order Monday thru Friday, occasional delays are unavoidable. We ship UPS ground. Please provide your complete street address as UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. Hazardous materials, loaded ammunition, aerosols and flammable liquids are shipped by ground only. We reserve the right to change the carrier. Mountain City Supply LLC offers some items that may be restricted by federal, state or local laws. Please check the laws affecting your potential order before contacting us to be certain you are not violating a statute. Under Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 922 (D) (1)-(9) persons with a legal disability are also restricted from purchasing certain products. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition, and reloading products. Shipping Requirements for Hazardous Materials Powder and Primers require a Hazardous Material Handling Fee which is included in the shipping cost. To keep shipping costs to a minimum, powder and primers may be shipped together. Total powder weight cannot exceed 66 lbs. per shipping box. Total primer variety cannot exceed three types. Total shipping box weight cannot exceed 66 lbs. ID may be required at delivery for proof of age. In the event that the package is not delivered after 3 attempts or refused, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges including hazmat fee. No hazardous materials shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are available at checkout page.
